How I Did Lose Weight For Wedding – 20 Pounds In 6 Weeks, Just by Following These Simple Steps

I only had two months left until the BIG DAY, when I realised it was the time to lose weight for my wedding. Sooo much work to do until then!! But my weight did not let me feel good. I was so hopeless to see that my pounds are not going off… I needed to solve this quickly and easily, and become the most beautiful bride! This was going to be the happiest day of my life, and I knew the way I look depended only on me.

I promised myself to stop eating junk food, sandwiches, ice creams, and not to drink so much sodas. Started on the same day.

After a few days, I realised this was not enough. I needed a better plan, and the time was passing through so quickly!

I now thank God I chose the right way to follow. I was not only able to lose weight for wedding, but I maintain it until today, which I am so happy about!

Here is what I did:

1) I started to eat “fat burning” foods.

This might sound unusual, but some foods help to lose weight even faster. This is because the body consumes more calories by digesting those foods, than it gets from that food. I got all the list and more great ideas from the Day Off Diet. My favorite foods were (and still are) omelets, chicken, lean meat.

2) I started to eat regularly, more frequently, and drink plenty of water.

Regularly – that is, every 2 or 3 hours. This improves metabolism – the body`s ability to burn the fat. Also, by eating more frequently, I noticed I was never hungry. This might sound like not a very usual approach, to eat more frequently when you need to lose weight for your wedding, but it actually is a very important thing to do. I knew that by starving, one cannot achieve the best weight loss results. I also had one day a week to eat whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted. This is essential to keep the pounds going off (according to the Day Off Diet). And after those “days off”, when I ate everything, I never felt fat or heavy…

I usually had five or even six meals a day. And not less than 10 glasses of water. Sometimes I used to switch water to unsweetened green tea as it is also a very healthy approach. Breakfast came back as a morning meal to my daily eating routines. As I found out later, eating breakfast actually helps to lose weight. Even more – as the metabolism is higher in the morning, I actually enjoyed some sweet and not so good foods in the morning, as the body burned those bad calories right away (instead of eating the bad stuff in the evenings, which was my style before I found out how bad it was).

I never felt bad about eating this way, however, those “days off” was something I was waiting for every single week 🙂

3) I moved more.

I hate exercising, but I know it is good not only for quick wedding weight loss, but also for the overall health. So I was just more active. Taking care of all the wedding planning stuff helped a lot, as well as my evening walks. To lose weight for a wedding, a gym is not necessary, and I actually saved lots of money and time by moving more by myself. I used the stairs instead of using elevators, I walked whenever I had more time, and do on.

I cannot stress enough how happy I am now to enjoy my slim body – and I am sure anybody can do this, because these steps are so simple! And this is by far the best way to lose weight for a wedding!
